What is Sound?

Sound is an embodied, vibrational practice that supports healing on a cellular level through frequency, voice, and resonance. Sound baths create a deeply immersive experience where vibrations move through the body, inviting the nervous system to soften and the body to return to a state of regulation and balance.

This work is rooted in vibrational medicine, using intentional sound and voice activation to gently access layers of the body and psyche that words alone cannot reach. Through toning, vocal expression, and guided sound, emotional energy that has been held or suppressed can begin to move and release safely.

Sound also supports the unlocking of the throat center—the place of self-expression, truth, and voice. For many, trauma has silenced or fragmented this part of the self. This practice creates a safe container for reclaiming the voice that was once muted, allowing authentic expression to emerge without force or pressure.
